What this app is

Count Cards: Blackjack Coach is a training tool. It teaches blackjack basic strategy, Hi-Lo card counting, and bet discipline through a structured course, drills, and a simulated practice table. It is educational software.

No real-money wagering takes place in the app. Chips, bankrolls, and results inside the app have no cash value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, or transferred.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store and Google Play terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

Subscriptions and purchases

The core course, drills, and practice table include free content. Pro features are unlocked with an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings (App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions; Google Play: Subscriptions). If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Purchases can be restored on a new device with the same store account.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress is backed up so it can follow you to a new device. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from inside the app (Profile, then Erase all progress); deletion is immediate and permanent.

Fair use and conduct

Use the app lawfully. Casinos are private establishments and may refuse service to advantage players; whether and where you apply what you practice is your decision and your responsibility. The app provides training, not financial advice, and does not guarantee any outcome at a real table.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nytium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including gambling losses, arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
