Terms of Use

What these apps are

Nytium apps are training tools. Count Cards: Blackjack Coach teaches blackjack basic strategy, Hi-Lo card counting, and bet discipline. Perfect Draw: Video Poker Coach grades every hold against the exact expected value of the published pay table. Play Solved: GTO Poker Coach trains preflop decisions against a solved baseline. Each is educational software built around a structured course, drills, and a simulated practice table.

No real-money wagering takes place in any of the apps. Chips, bankrolls, credits, and results inside the apps have no cash value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, or transferred.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store and Google Play terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the apps or their content.

Subscriptions and purchases

Each app includes free content. Pro features are unlocked with an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings (App Store: Settings, your name, Subscriptions; Google Play: Subscriptions). If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Purchases can be restored on a new device with the same store account.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your progress is backed up so it can follow you to a new device. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from inside the app (Profile, then Erase all progress); deletion is immediate and permanent.

Fair use and conduct

Use the apps lawfully. Casinos are private establishments and may refuse service to advantage players; whether and where you apply what you practice is your decision and your responsibility. The apps provide training, not financial advice, and do not guarantee any outcome at a real table or machine.

Disclaimer and liability

The apps are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nytium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including gambling losses, arising from use of the apps.

Changes

We may update these terms as the apps evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
