Privacy Policy
All Nytium apps. Effective June 11, 2026.
The short version
Our apps work entirely on your device. We collect nothing by default. No ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs, no selling of anything to anyone.
What stays on your device
Your training progress, statistics, streaks, table settings, profile name, and avatar are stored locally on your phone. They never leave it unless you choose to create an account. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also erase it any time from Profile, using Erase All Progress.
If you create an account (optional)
Accounts exist only to back up your progress and are never required. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store your email address (or Apple's private relay address) and a copy of your training progress with our database provider, Supabase. We use this for nothing except restoring your progress. You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app, which removes the backup permanently.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases; it identifies your app install with an anonymous identifier and does not receive your name or email unless you created an account. We never see your payment details.
What we do not do
No advertising. No third party analytics. No location collection. No contact list access. No tracking across apps or websites. The photo library is touched only if you choose a profile picture, and the image stays on your device.
Children
Our apps simulate casino play for educational purposes and are not directed at children. Each app carries the age rating required by each store for simulated gambling content.
The drop list
If you join the launch list on this site, we store your email address and use it for exactly one thing: telling you when an app ships, including any launch offer. No newsletter, no marketing, never shared. Reply stop to any message and the address is deleted.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: support@nytium.com
Count Cards, Perfect Draw, and Play Solved are educational training tools. They involve no real money wagering and are not affiliated with any casino.
